September is here, the summer holiday has come to an end and the kids are going back to school. And while you might not have hit the gym as often as you wanted to, this is the time for that great comeback. New season, new schedule:
First things first: at The Brick, we’re constantly trying to reinvent ourselves. That’s why we’ve created this new schedule, with a fresh layout and brand-new classes to build a better you. We believe that life is like walking the wrong way on a moving sidewalk. Walk, and you stay put. Stand still, and you’ll go backwards. To move forward, you have to work for it. So, let’s start moving!
Yin Yoga by Adrienne
This September, we’re glad to welcome back our Yin Yoga classes. While most of our classes are focused on workouts that improve your condition and building muscle mass, it’s also very important to take care of your body in different ways. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax your posture, soften the muscles and move closer to the bone. The result is more flexibility, a deeper access to the body and more protection and flexibility in the joints and connective tissue.
The Brick visits the Zuiderburen
Once again, The Brick will be present at the Zuiderburen festival from September 14th to 16th. On Saturday and Sunday, we’ll start the day fresh with a morning workout from 11h to 12h. This is also a great opportunity to introduce The Brick to your friends, and the perfect way to compensate for the delicious food waiting for you at the Festival. Don’t forget to register here.
